Maison Chef is a fine food company of chefs.  Our mission is simple — To share our memorable cuisine with our customers.

What we deliver in all our food services is quality preparation, creative food and comfort for our customers.  Our Executive cuisine staff has over fifty combined years of restaurant and catering experience and all have formal culinary training both domestic and European.

Maison chef is the only diversified fine food company in San Diego and it all starts in the kitchen.

The Chef Team personally buys and inspects all ingredients that come in the kitchen.  Are we organic?  Yes and no.  We believe, based on our practical and professional experience, organic is not always better.  We shop and serve food based on best available ingredients focusing on local producers for the freshest in-season goods.  In many cases, the shorter distance goods that come to our kitchen give us superior and better taste than organic.  For some dishes, we do use organic ingredients and identify them on the labels.

Like almost any maison (home), the kitchen is the heart of the home.  Our kitchen is the heart for Catering and Private Chef services.
